Eat The Frog Fitness is a training program based on science and backed with the latest technology to give members the most results driven and personal experience possible.

After years of training for the Olympics, Co-Founder and Olympic Gold Medalist, Bryan Clay looked at what was next. With a passion to take everything he'd learned from his years of perfecting his craft, he teamed up with successful business entrepreneur Joe Culver and Eat The Frog fitness was born.

Eat The Frog Fitness brings together the best of personal training and group fitness in a fully-immersive, 57 minute session packed with industry leading equipment, certified coaches, and custom heart rate training.

Your 'frog' is your biggest, hardest task of the day. I think of it as the one immediate task that could have the greatest positive impact on your life, and for many people, that's fitness.

The Method

Bryan has taken his knowledge of successful fitness regimens and tailored them to create a powerful training experience for people of all fitness levels. Our proprietary training methods are designed to deliver the most effective training experience in the market. If it's your first time in the gym or you're an elite athlete, our system adapts to your level of fitness.

WHERE DOES EAT THE FROG COME FROM?

Our quirky name, inspired by a quote that Mark Twain made famous, refers to tackling the hardest things in life. For many people - that's fitness.

As a professional athlete, Bryan Clay approached each day with a champion mindset. Simply put, he had to "Eat The Frog"! No matter what his training had in store for him, he had to attack it head on.

We've adopted the same champion mindset. We attack whatever life has in store for us with 110% effort. We don't push it off, or shy away from it. To become the most excellent version of ourselves; we work hard, never give up, we Eat The Frog!

COACH-LED

Looking for a coach to guide you through your workouts? Coach-led sessions are perfect for member's who enjoy an extra push of motivation and guidance during their workouts. Coaches provide modifications to members where needed, demonstrate the movements and help with form throughout the session. Scheduled during peak hours, live-coached training sessions will lead you through a dynamic warm up, interval circuit, and cool down.

Looking for a premium membership experience? Our FrogFit members enjoy 1:1 access to a coach who helps set goals, track progress, and provide nutrition guidance and encouragement throughout their fitness journey.

VIRTUAL IN-STUDIO

Offering an impressive experience, our virtual in-studio training sessions are a great option for the independent member, or the member with a busy schedule. Take advantage of all the perks of a live-coached session, minus the coach. Scheduled during non-peak hours, our proprietary virtual sessions use a virtual coach to help guide you through the workouts.
