True full body workout that focuses on functional training – allowing for a challenging workout but not grinding the body/joints. Fun atmosphere, but serious work outs. Great music too! The coaches are amazing, but if you need to workout at a non-peak time you can still get a great workout in a virtual class!

It makes me workout much harder than I would on my own, at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer. I can go 4-5 times a week! It’s fun…Everyone is super nice and helpful, especially if you have any chronic pain or injuries (always give me options to protect my lower back). And the times are flexible. I do a lot of virtual sessions because of a crazy schedule.

The coaches and staff are all friendly and motivate me to push my limits. In addition to the coaches being great, the virtual classes are convenient for my schedule.

Eat The Frog Fitness is an amazing place to work out. I love the different types of sessions that are offered. The coaches are wonderful and upbeat and really help motivate me! All classes can be tapered to your ability or if you have an injury which is awesome!
