Based on your Fit Assessment, we can determine your optimal max heart-rate. This is not a one-size fits all algorithm – it is personalized to help you achieve amazing results.

IDENTIFY INJURY / RISK 

Every body is different. The components of this Fit Assessment allow your coaches to determine any injuries you may have, so that they can modify workouts as you get back to full strength.

PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM

The results from your Fit Assessment are tracked in our exclusive Eat The Frog Fitness App, where we break down which sessions you should attend for optimal results.
