WHAT IS A FIT ASSESSMENT?
Eat The Frog’s Fit Assessment is a tool used to establish your baseline measurements and assess your progress throughout your training. The assessments are 30-minutes in duration, and measure 4 different fitness components to help our coaches create a training program personalized to YOU!
ASSESS BASELINE FITNESS LEVEL
Eat The Frog is designed for members of all fitness levels. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just dipping your toes into the fitness world – we are here to help. The fit assessment measures your baseline starting point.
CUSTOM MAX HEART RATE
Based on your Fit Assessment, we can determine your optimal max heart-rate. This is not a one-size fits all algorithm – it is personalized to help you achieve amazing results.
IDENTIFY INJURY / RISK
Every body is different. The components of this Fit Assessment allow your coaches to determine any injuries you may have, so that they can modify workouts as you get back to full strength.
PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM
The results from your Fit Assessment are tracked in our exclusive Eat The Frog Fitness App, where we break down which sessions you should attend for optimal results.
