Co-Founder and 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist Bryan Clay is no stranger to the workout room. Throughout his 20+ year career as an elite athlete, Bryan learned the importance of taking care of his body, aligning his workout with his fitness goals, and achieving real results by leveraging the right technology and equipment.

However, when he looked around the fitness industry, what he saw just didn't make sense. Too many people were taking part in high impact, standardized workouts that didn't take their fitness level, skills, or goals into consideration.

Bryan and Co-Founder Joe Culver decided to put an end to cookie-cutter workouts. They took the best training programs normally reserved for elite athletes and developed a personalized, innovative program that is now accessible to all Eat the Frog Fitness members.
