Ever wonder where the name Eat The Frog Fitness came from? Well, look no further. If you are familiar with our brand and studios, you will notice we use a lot of languages that revolved around “tackling the toughest tasks of the day” or “we eat our frogs”. It may sound funny but behind every quirky name, there is a story.

Your ‘frog’ is what you procrastinate, find difficult, or forget to prioritize. For many people fitness is their ‘frog’.

Whether your frog is physical, mental, or emotional – we have a sense of accomplishment when we finally tackle them.

It may be difficult to see from the outside, but everyone is tackling their own ‘frog’ every day. For some, it could be working out and for others, their frog could include practicing self-appreciation or telling their family they love them and spending more quality time with them.

Every person who walks through our studio doors has a story to tell. We all have different backgrounds, fitness levels, and obstacles to overcome. Our brand is more than just a place to work out, it’s a safe haven for people to come share their stories, meet like-minded individuals, push yourself to new heights, gain confidence, and train for a healthier and happier lifestyle.
