8 weeks. 8-weeks of hard work, determination, self-discipline, and motivation is what it took for our Jumpstart Weight Loss Challenge participants to be eligible for a chance to win the $10,000 grand prize. Each member needed to lose 20lbs or 5% body fat within their 8-week period, verified by an InBody Body Composition at the beginning and end of the period.
And so, they got to work. Showing up for group training sessions, actively choosing to follow the nutrition plan, and above all, proving to themselves that they had the mental toughness to stay focused and dedicated to their goals over the course of the 8-weeks.
The Jumpstart Weight Loss Challenge was an 8-week fitness challenge designed to show members the possible results by joining our premier FrogFit membership. Over 250 Eat The Frog Fitness members participated across all studio locations. We had 32 members at the end of the challenge running for the $10,000 Grand Prize! Some members lost 20lbs, some lost 5% body fat – and a few lost BOTH! With the help of their fitness coaches and studio staff, personal training plans, and their local #FrogSquad community, members saw incredible transformations in both their minds and body as they competed for the grand prize.
After Eat The Frog Fitness read through 32 amazing and heartwarming testimonials about how this challenge improved their health and fitness, the winner of this year's Jumpstart Weight Loss Challenge was Amy Addison out of the Eat The Frog Fitness Highlands Ranch, Colorado studio location!
