Eat The Frog Fitness was created by our co-founder Bryan Clay, an Olympic Gold Medalist, after he experienced the lack of science and that your personal needs were not taken into consideration by any fitness concept out there. From day one, you became a part of our story. We harness the science of your body through fit assessments, our InBody evals, and personal coaching to help you achieve incredible results.

We utilize heart rate technology to identify target heart rate zones based on each individual's efforts during a fit assessment. Nothing but great things to say about Eat The Frog. The coaches and owner want you to be the best you can be. You're more than just dollar signs at this gym. They plan events for members, hold you accountable with your goals, facilitate a healthy/ competitive/ fun environment during sessions, etc. This is also a great place for those who struggle to push themselves during their own workouts, those who workout all the time and want to switch it up with a challenging workout, or those who don't know where to start on their fitness journey.
