Eat The Frog Fitness was created by our co-founder Bryan Clay, an Olympic Gold Medalist, after he experienced the lack of science and that your personal needs were not taken into consideration by any fitness concept out there. From day one, you became a part of our story. We harness the science of your body through fit assessments, our InBody evals, and personal coaching to help you achieve incredible results.
IMAX-style screens, music, and lights matched to your workout - deliver a fully immersive experience. We utilize heart rate technology to identify target heart rate zones based on each individual's efforts during a fit assessment. This technology optimizes calories burned during a session, delivers post-workout starts, and allows us to provide you a personal 8-week experience.

Our Agility sessions will help to improve power and agility, as well as build core muscle strength. Functional movements will help support the physical demands of life and a core focus will improve posture, balance, stability, and coordination.
Our strength sessions use Nubell weights, Alpha sandbags, and the TRX training system to build strength and tone muscle. Strength training contributes to improved bone density and promotes fat free body mass. Our strength session will help you get stronger, burn more calories, boost energy levels, and prevent disease.
Stamina is the backbone to every successful fitness plan. Our expert designed cardio sessions will expand your workout capacity using a combination of Concept II Rowers and Keiser Spin Bikes. This proprietary combination of low impact and high intensity equipment allows you to train harder and smarter.
We use a combination of Trigger Point rollers, as well as state of the art stretching and recovery exercises after every session. You'll be recovering like the Pro's by decreasing your risk of injury while becoming more in-tune with your body.

Eat the Frog is an awesome fitness studio! The coaches are excellent and genuinely caring. I love the atmosphere, community, and the way I feel when I leave. The workouts are fun, diverse, & efficient - never dull!! I love that I can see my pace, heart rate, and calorie burn on the monitors and that my strap is truly dialed in to me. I feel the results are very accurate. It is cool to be able to monitor your results and really see your improvement over time!! I would recommend ETF for any level because you work at your own pace. Just show up and they will take care of the rest. The studio is super clean, equipment top notch, lockers are plentiful, and there is never a problem with over crowding or getting into a session. The 24 hour access is so helpful! Eat The Frog is a phenomenal workout! I highly recommend it.

Prior to joining Eat The Frog- Brentwood, I hated going to the gym because I felt intimidated by others. I also hated the repetition that other gym classes had. Eat The Frog Brentwood makes you feel at home, motivates you to push yourself, and works with you and your goals, while also giving you 3 different types of sessions, and new courses every week. I’m never bored and constantly look forward to the new courses each week! The coaches are welcoming and helpful to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout! I also love the 24/7 availability of sessions, as well as receiving emails with videos to sessions that I can do from home, or on the road. I love Eat The Frog Brentwood!!
